Let me just start off by saying that.

I�m finding myself in old patterns again. Making myself completely available while unable to communicate my own needs. It�s Susan era bullshit.

Do most people have eras in their life that are named after a person?

I could write a novel about what�s going on but to be honest, I�m too emotionally fragile at this point to really have a desire. Let�s just say, this day has me wanting to tear everything down.
